Ek Chhoti Si Break, Khud Se Milne Ke Liye

 

Aaj kal har subah phone ke screen se hoti hai, aur har raat last seen check karke khatam. Beech mein na apne se mulaqat hoti hai, na sukoon ki koi baat. Instagram ki stories aur WhatsApp ke replies mein kahin hum khud ko kho chuke hain.

Kabhi socha hai?
Jab phone 1 ghanta band rehta hai, to anxiety kyun hoti hai?
Jab notification nahi aata, to lagta hai hum bhool diye gaye?

Yeh digital duniya hume connect karti hai, par disconnect bhi to karti hai — real emotions, real logon aur khud se.

Digital Detox ka matlab sirf apps uninstall karna nahi hai.
Yeh ek conscious effort hai – khud ke liye waqt nikalne ka, bina kisi filter ke zindagi jeene ka.

Ek din bina phone ke guzariye.
Ek diary uthaiye, likhiye ki kya mehsoos ho raha hai.
Ek coffee bina Instagram story banaye peejiye.
Kisi close dost se milke baat kijiye, bina emojis ke.

Shayad initially ajeeb lagega, par dheere dheere samajh mein aayega –
Life story se banti hai, story se nahi.

Toh chaliye, thoda disconnect karte hain… taaki wapas connect ho sakein — apne asli aap se.
