1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp lal mirch powder

1/2 tsp haldi

Thoda hara dhaniya garnish ke liye
🔪 Instructions:

Ek pan mein 1 tbsp butter garam karo. Usme pyaz daal kar golden hone tak bhuno.

Ab adrak-lehsun paste daalo aur 1 minute bhuno.

Tamatar ki puree daal kar 5–7 minutes tak pakao jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.

Haldi, mirch, namak aur garam masala daal kar mix karo.

Paneer cubes aur aadha cup paani daal kar 5 minutes tak pakao.

Ab fresh cream aur bacha hua butter daal kar 2 minute simmer karo.

Hara dhaniya se garnish karo aur garma-garam serve karo.
